Students enrolling in multiple classes can qualify for educational grants. Enroll in two of our courses ( Introduction to Drones and any specialty course) qualifies you for a $150 grant and enrolling in three of our courses ( Introduction to Drones and any two specialty courses) qualifies you for a $300 grant. Up-to-date financial aid information is always available here. While Drone Universities does not offer financial aid directly, we do provide financial aid resources. If you do not see a convenient location, please contact us to make special arrangements. This course is available at all 50 of our training locations. When combined with our Introduction to Drones course, graduates will receive our GIS/Mapping Drone Operator Certificate. This course is a must for anyone interested in pursuing a career in GIS/mapping or any related field such as precision agriculture. Our program is founded on years of hands-on experience and combines hard technical skills with proper airmanship.

We’ll teach you what to do with data once collected including how to utilize 3rd party software, NDVI settings, Orthomosaics, 3D models and elevation analytics so that you are knowledgeable and confident in offering your specialized services.

We’ll guide you through planning and flying successful operations, programing waypoints, managing correct altitudes and operating specific camera settings. You will learn everything you need to successfully collect usable data. To secure your seat in this course, a $250 deposit* is required. This one-day, 8-hour course advanced course costs $1,000. Courses are taught 7 days a week.
